Oluwaseun Alabi [LL.B. (Hons), B.L, MCIArb (UK), LLM Derby],
He graduated from the University of Ibadan in 2004, attended the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005. He briefly worked with S.S Akinyele and Associates, Wale Omotosho and Co, Cooperation, Integration in Africa in Abuja and the Law Office of ‘Demola Bakre.

He is currently the Principal Counsel of Seal Chambers; he has a Masters Degree in Law (LLM) from the University of Derby, a Notary Public and a distinguished Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
He is a specialist in Civil Litigation, Commercial Law Practice, Arbitration/ADR, Company Law and Contract Negotiations.

OLUSHOLA OGUNTIMEHIN
Associate Counsel

Olushola Oguntimehin is an Associate Counsel of the firm, he graduated from the Lagos State University (Lasu) with LLB (Honours) in 2011.He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2013. He is experienced in general legal practice ranging from criminal litigation, civil litigation, company and commercial law practise, property law,matrimonial causes and taxation law.

Charles is an associate at Seal Chambers. He is a great team player with good research skills. He is very passionate about legal practice and has a well-rounded experience in general legal practice particularly litigation & corporate law.
He graduated from Obafemi Awolowo University in 2017 (LL.B Hons.) and Nigerian Law School, Abuja in 2019 (B.L).
He is a member Nigerian Bar Association (Unity) and Nigerian Bar Association – Young Lawyers Forum. He is experienced in Litigation, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Regulatory Compliance.

FLORENCE NNENNA CHUKWU

Florence Nnenna Chukwu is a dedicated legal practitioner who graduated from Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka,Anambra state (UNIZIK) in 2021 (LLB.Hons) and was called to the Nigerian Bar Association in 2022 (BL) after completing her Law school at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus. I am a member of the Nigerian Bar Association

She has built a strong practice in Litigation, Corporate and Commercial Law and Regulatory Compliance.

STEPHANIE AJIFA CHARLES

Stephanie Ajifa Charles is an Associate at Seal Chambers, where she advises clients on litigation, corporate and commercial law matters. She is committed to delivering practical legal solutions and providing diligent representation in dispute resolution and corporate transactions.

She obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Nnamdi Azikiwe University in 2023 and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar in 2025. Stephanie is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
